Relax, Have a homebrew.....
This section is dedicated to the art of Home Brewed Bevereges, and I don't just mean beer!
Here you will find a mish-mash (no pun intended) of recipies, methods, outcomes, and my thoughts on all things brew....
I began home brewing beer several years ago. It began (as these things usually do) as an interesting experiment performed in a college dorm room with a gallon jug of fresh orchard cider a little yeast, a condom, and a rubberband. It has now grown to a full fledged hobby in my own home.
Nowadays, I don't just stop at beer either. I typically have several batches in progress. Because my equipment is limited, I do things in stages.
My brewing is relatively cheap (as long as I behave myself) and keeps me out of trouble in my free time... it's typically an all afternoon project conducted with a beer in one hand and a thermometer or spoon in the other, listening to good tunes cranked up on the radio while my neighbors try to figure out where that foul stench is coming from.
